How do employees clock in and out?
Employees open QuickClockin on any phone or browser, tap Clock In, and select their project. One tap, done. When the shift ends, they tap Clock Out. Everything syncs to the cloud instantly — the manager sees it in real time from any device.
Does QuickClockin work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The web app runs on every modern iPhone and Android phone with no download needed. A native iOS app is now available on the App Store. Android is in active development.
How do I track employee hours by project?
Each employee selects a project or job when they clock in. QuickClockin automatically tracks hours per employee, per project and per time period. Reports show you exactly where hours went — ideal for project costing, client invoicing and payroll prep.
Can I export timesheets for payroll?
Yes. Filter by employee, project or date range, then export the timesheet for payroll, accounting or client billing. The activity log gives you a full audit trail of every clock-in, manual edit and login — so every hour is accountable.

I forgot my password — how do I get back in?
Go to the Forgot password page, enter your account email, and we'll send a secure reset link valid for one hour. If the link expires, request a new one. Your Login ID will also be included in the email.
Does QuickClockin track mileage too?
Yes. Employees can log miles per shift — useful for delivery drivers, contractors and field teams who need mileage reimbursement. Mileage is tracked per shift and visible in reports alongside hours.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes. Email support@quickclockin.com from your account email and we'll permanently delete your workspace and all associated records within 7 days.
Will QuickClockin stay free forever?
The core product — clock in/out, unlimited employees, projects, timesheets, reports and mobile access — is committed to staying free for small and medium business teams. If we ever add optional paid features, they'll be exactly that: optional extras, not paywalls.
